Thanks to the 2021–2027 ERDF Regional Program, MAKROS S.R.L. has embarked on a major digital transformation journey by introducing, for the first time in the company, an integrated ERP system.

The project arose from the need to move beyond an operational management system previously based on Excel spreadsheets, separate documents, and procedures that were not fully integrated, by adopting a more structured, traceable, and shared organizational model.

The project involved the implementation of modules dedicated to administration, accounting, sales cycle, inventory, electronic invoicing, document management, orders, customer care, and bill of materials. In addition to the software licenses, the project included configuration, parameterization, data recovery, staff training, and specialized strategic consulting.

Thanks to the new ERP, MAKROS now has a centralized management infrastructure that improves the quality of information, reduces duplication and misalignment, strengthens process control, and supports more efficient, digital, and growth-oriented business management.
